We are trained in numerous evidence-based psychotherapy practices, which include: EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy for Depression, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Sessions are 50 minutes.
